Needed foodstuffs:
disinfected fig or fig powder 200gr
Milk 250cc

Making direction:
Separate the tail of the figs, then boil the milk for minutes and if it is necessary, pour it in another bowl. After that, add the figs to the milk in a way that the figs place in that, completely. Then put it on an immovable place for 3 hours, the milk in the fig becomes like cream, so it is ready for eating.
Notes:

Keep the mixture in refrigerator.

The maximum time of keeping it is 3 days.

It would be better to use packed fig to prevent the mixture from environmental pollution and blights.

If you want to wash the figs , do it at least 24 hours before the work , because at the time of making the mixture , they should be dry , other wise the mixture will become bitter.
