Making direction:
At first wash the figs and put them in a bowl, add 50% water and 50% rose-water in a way that the liquid covers the figs, completely. It is better to stir it with a spoon, occasionally. After that, put the compote in refrigerator for 12 hours, then put it out of refrigerator and it is ready for eating.

Keep the compote in refrigerator.

The maximum time of keeping it is 7 days.

It would be better to use packed fig to prevent the compote from environmental pollution and blights.

You can add some sugar, if it is not as sweet as you want.

You can use warm water and rose-water for reducing time.

If rose-water was not available, you can use only water.
